Please do not submit sensitive identity or financial documents through the quote form. Our website may also collect basic usage and campaign-attribution information through analytics technologies.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and provide services, maintain your Apex Roof Record, improve our website and communicate about work you have requested. We do not sell your personal information.
Quote-form processing
Website quote requests are received by Apex’s secure website gateway and transferred to the private Apex Operations system. Optional photos are stored separately and made available to authorised Apex workflows through signed, expiring links.
Storage and disclosure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. We may share information with service providers where required to operate our business, comply with law or deliver a requested service.
