We may collect information you provide when requesting a quote or contacting us, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address, service requirements and optional property photos. Please do not submit sensitive identity or financial documents through the quote form. Our website may also collect basic usage and campaign-attribution information through analytics technologies. To keep an enquiry linked to the visit that brought you here, we retain campaign tags, the landing-page address and a referrer address in this browser tab’s session storage. This visit record expires after 30 minutes of inactivity and does not contain the name, contact details, property address or message entered in your form.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and provide services, maintain your Apex Roof Record, improve our website and communicate about work you have requested. We do not sell your personal information.
Quote-form processing
Website quote requests are received by Apex’s secure website gateway and transferred to the private Apex Operations system. Optional photos are stored separately and made available to authorised Apex workflows through signed, expiring links.
Storage and disclosure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. We may share information with service providers where required to operate our business, comply with law or deliver a requested service.
